How it works

Where the visitors go, and how we bring a share of them back.

The mechanics, plainly, including what we can't do. If you'd rather hear it from a person, the evaluation is 25 minutes and ends with a yes or a no from us.

The 97% problem

Two or three visitors in a hundred fill out a form or start a chat. The other 97 looked at your prices, your reviews, your work, and left. Your analytics counts them; nothing follows up with them.

You paid for all 100. Spark exists for the 97.

Four steps, and what each one can't do

The whole system, start to finish. Each step below is one piece of it.

1 · Pixel

A small script on your site

Installed by your web team or ours in under an hour. It records the same visit your analytics records: pages viewed, time on page, and where they came from.

●   What it can't do

See anything off your site, read what someone types, or follow them around the internet.

2 · Match

A share of visits get a name

Each visit is checked against contact records from our data partners. A match gives us a name, an email, sometimes a phone. That match is a resolution.

●   What it can't do

Name everyone. A quarter to a third match. Anyone who says 70 or 80% is selling you the exception.

3 · Message

They hear from you once, professionally

Your branded Spark Engine sends a short sequence in your name: who you are, what they were looking at, how to reach you, and how to stop.

●   What it can't do

Make someone who was only browsing want to buy. It reaches the people already close enough to look.

4 · Report

Four numbers, with a person attached

Replies route to your CRM. Every month, your account manager walks through identification, recovery, conversion lift, and cost per acquisition.

●   What it can't do

Hide a weak month. Your result is measured against your own baseline, and you hear the honest read first.

Your numbers

Run the math the way our team will.

Three inputs from you. We use the conservative end of our own numbers for the rest.

Conservative estimate

Visitors we'd expect to identify

700 – 980

Inquiries from re-engagement

14 – 39

New customers a month

3.5 – 9.8

Recovered revenue a month

$31,500 – $88,200

The output is a range, never a promise. Your evaluation reruns this with verified numbers.

Questions, answered plainly.

The pixel matches a visit against contact records held by our data partners. A quarter to a third match; the rest stay anonymous.
